Shongwe Oasis Hotel - Victoria Falls

The Beautiful Triple Room was spacious and provided all the comforts I needed. Breakfast was fantastic, with great options, including almond milk for coffee! Relaxing on the lookout tower with a view of the sunset and Victoria Falls mist was a highlight. The staff were warm and helpful.

Staying at Shongwe Oasis was good. The honeymoon suite had a king-size bed with mosquito curtains, spacious indoor and outdoor showers, and a large bathtub. Each day, we enjoyed the delicious breakfast that included a variety of options, served promptly. The free coffee available throughout the day was a nice touch. The staff offered really good service, especially Johannes, who arranged our excursions and transfers with care. The pool, surrounded by lush tropical plants, was a refreshing escape during the hot weather, though I did notice some leaves falling in it throughout the day. One minor inconvenience was that the glass door provides privacy only during the day, requiring curtains at night. Another downside was the lack of in-room ironing facilities, I had to rely on the staff for that. Despite these small issues, the overall atmosphere felt safe, cute, and clean were nice.

We had a cozy a double room with spacious bathroom and a private patio and a very comfortable bed. The hotel had indeed a good location in the middle of jackson. The staff were excellent and attentive in case of questions.

Location near Chobe park as well as Zimbabwe. Also, in the middle of jackson. A huge variety of excellent food at breakfast time.

Staff arranged excellent excursions and restaurant reservations.

I loved starting my day with a delicious hot breakfast and indulging in a relaxing massage at the spa. The infinity pool was stunning and perfect for lounging under the sun. The only minor issue was the Wi-Fi being a bit slow at times, but it didn't spoil the fun. 🌞

The staff were kind and attentive, always checking in to ensure my comfort. I especially enjoyed the refreshing cucumber water upon arrival, a good touch to beat the heat.

No complaints whatsoever.

i loved starting my morning with a great breakfast included in my stay while being just a short walk from the vibrant elephant's walk shopping and artist's village, making it easy to explore local art and culture in the area.

For a spontaneous weekend getaway, we stayed here and were pleasantly surprised at the exceptional service. the staff effortlessly organized a last-minute river cruise for us, and the room had a private patio with an outdoor shower. the secluded location provided tranquility, and a quick cab ride to town allowed us to explore easily. the inclusive breakfast was delectable, and the Wi-Fi was reliable for some work. the attention to detail and warm hospitality made our stay memorable.
